Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all office personnel are working remotely until at least April 14, 2020 pursuant to the “Safer at Home” Order signed by Governor Bill Lee.
All physical office locations will be closed to the public until at least April 14, 2020 except for emergency matters. We take the health of you, your family, our staff and families very seriously. We have opted to comply with the Governor’s Order because we always want to be doing what we believe is best for the community we serve.
PLEASE NOTE all staff are available by phone and electronic communication and continue to work full-time handling cases. This will not stop our office from pursuing your individual case. Our office remains committed to working diligently to ensure your case is not unduly slowed during this time. There will of course be things which are out of our control such as the courts being currently coed except for emergency business.

Please note we continue to treat your situation and case with the utmost priority. We also remain open to new cases and have electronic forms so we can still begin working on your case while abiding by the best practices and Orders from the government. As such, if you have an issue which needs attention or you wish to discuss it, please do not hesitate contacting us.

Weir & Kestner Injury Lawyers remain proud and committed to this community and know that we can overcome the obstacles and challenges presented to us.
